i spent 19M on staff roulette. did not end well. luckily found a 94% youth coach when i noticed someone else doing staff roulette, i just watched the new coaches keep coming up and then poached the 94 as soon as he came up  |

i did this about a year ago, i spent 19M and got a 75% and then i got the 94 a few days later |

Basically, every time you hire a new coach another coach is added to the bottom of the list of available coaches. There are always four coaches listed. The best way of doing this is by constantly hiring the coach with the cheapest wages as you are charged double their weekly wage when you fire them to hire a new one. abbey_yung said: did you mean you did that few mins ago I played staff roulette seconds before I posted my comment.
