The system looks at the player's progression and age and (probably) other hidden data and forecasts what the highest possible %age average that player could achieve if his training was 100% perfectly scheduled for him. That is the forecast. 19/07/2013 23:25

forecast is only a projection and an estimate, if trained properly the player will raise his avg quicker than the FC and the total FC will rise a little. 19/07/2013 23:58

ok, so i press forecast...

Will this tell me how i trained him the past week or how i train him in the future week.

so i train defense 7 days a week, there is no point in putting a forecast on a forward right?

when you put forecast you will want to train that player 7 days to see his progress?

Am i getting this right? hahah sorry if it sounds stupid i just want to make sure i know what's going on

If you just hit the forecast button you will see how the player has grown to where he is right now. If you spend 10 GBs you will see how he may grow with ideal training until the end of his career.

The best time to use the 10 GBs version is when you get a new junior from a school or when you want to see how a player may progress. I generally didn't do it on players I wasn't training (I am out of GBs at the moment) just on those who I was interested in the futures of.

so again lol sorry if i'm being hard headed. if i press forecast, will it instantly show me how good would he be (saying i train him properly)? or must i train him specifically during that week to show me how good will he be?

So in short. i train defense 7 days a week, i have a young CF from my school that i have a feeling he would be awesome but i want to see how good he would be before i spend GB in removing his (R) so i can loan him or maybe sell him. But again i do not train Fowards so i don't want to spend time training only one player.

It doesn't matter what you are training... the 10 GBs will show you what he could become. No need to train differently this week. 20/07/2013 01:40

The R will re-appear and if you want to loan or sell him you will have to remove it again. Once R is removed, the player has at least 24 hours of hostile protection. My advice is to resign the player to the amount you want to pay, then wait another 2 days before you remove R again. This way, if you change your mind and want to keep the player for whatever reason, you can resign him again without a problem. Remember you can only resign a player once every 48 hours. 20/07/2013 05:19
