like i said, it depend on your formation. for mine, combination 80% first half and 100% second half was decrease 23 points stamina. |

Only one post is sufficient. No need to post something three times. Of course they'll be tired. Their stamina bars will go down during the game and usually tire out especially if you are going at 90 effort. A good way is to manage your stamina throughout the game in regards to if you're ahead ie lower your team effort if you're a goal ahead. |
