Should there be a trustworthy gauge that allows managers to see if they follow loan agreements?

Can there please be a reprimand for managers that completely disregard the agreement of a set loan schedule? A possible option might be a % gauge from previous loanee managers of trustworthiness. It could be implemented like the polls put in forums where the loanee votes on the managers trustworthiness & a % comes out from that. | 23/07/2013 04:09 |

I second this idea. Either a feedback option for each user who takes someone on loan (5 star rating maybe?) or a forum where you can leave verbal feedback on negative (or positive) experiences. | 23/07/2013 06:59 |

This is happening next season, but not as you suggest. You'll have the option to get the player back from loan if he doesn't train anything in 7 consecutive days. | 23/07/2013 11:15 |

what stops people from giving a manager a poor rating just because they dont like him? He could be a good trainer but a bit annoying and get shafted If you do your loans properly and check managers loan history you wont get burned |

@bowsey1986 said: what stops people from giving a manager a poor rating just because they dont like him? He could be a good trainer but a bit annoying and get shafted. What stops people on eBay giving inaccurate feedback? Common sense and common courtesy. I have had many players loaned out and would have nothing but 5 stars for all of them except one. @bowsey1986 said: If you do your loans properly and check managers loan history you wont get burned And if you decide to take a chance and help out a newer player you may get burned. I know this, but when you are promised 7 days a week training for your player and the manager agrees to train from a training schedule provided to him and doesn't... You see where a less than stellar rating may come in. |

Thats a trust issue between you and the manager who takes your player. As bowsey said before you may not be training my player but just to mess up your future loan deals I can get my friends to give you lowest possible rating and make sure your reputation as a trainer takes a hit. What will you do then? Only way to know if the manager to whome you loan your player is good or not is to ask other managers who have loaned him players before. If you feel the manager is not a reliable person you should look out for someone else. Only managers I loan out my players is my friends. I wouldnt mind getting my players trained at 84% motivation for rest of season against a manager who promises first team training 7 days a week and does only 2 days training. |

@lucifercave, I should have specified what I meant. I think that if you could only leave feedback rating for managers who actually take one of your players then it would prevent wholescale abuse. Again, I liken it to eBay - you can only leave feedback for people you deal with and then it shows who left what rating with space for short comment. As you said, it comes down to it being a trust issue. If I knew then what I know now... Is there any way to get a list of previous loan deals so you can get feedback from other managers? |

Check his Transfers. It clearly shows who had loaned players. Also you should find a manager to loan players before the season ends. When you do that you can still the players training and ask the managers about their feedback. When you do last minute loan deals you tend to loan out to managers without asking any details and then get screwed over and cry rest of the season. And as I said its best to loan out players to friends whome you trust. |

Thanks, I had never seen that before. @lucifercave said: Also you should find a manager to loan players before the season ends. And as I said its best to loan out players to friends whome you trust. I had managed to find homes for 2 of my juniors before the end of last season but needed a home for my last 1. Knowing about the transfers will help in future. Thank you, again. |

And as I said its best to loan out players to friends whome you trust. This happens whether or not you ask for details. I have countless message back and forth w/ a manager explaining then re-explaining and then confirming only to get shafted & ignored when i complain about it. Which is why i completely agree w/ BBScouser that a possible small tab summary of loan history/ feedback on a manager is the right way to go. Also the idea that the best way to do "business" of loans is to only loan w/ friends is completely counterintuitive. Some one the best ways to make friends is dealing w/ new managers and making friends that way. Half of my friends are friends made thru loans, the other half were thru random messages, player transfers, & friendlies. |
