Those suggestions can be already fulfilled in the current sim. The only problem is that you have to tinker with your formation to achieve that. Target man - obviously whoever is your focal point in your attack is your target man Playmaker - usually the mids, but you can set up a player as the playmaker with the right formation Passing style - there is already an option for that: short passes / counter attack. Adding this would only be redundant. If you want to play with those options, then go play soccermanager. I admit I took them from soccermanager and I like it to be implemented here.
