Per course it increases by 1 average and if you do a degree it increases by 2. I suggest you to find a better coach and then then train him up. Course uses the game money and trust me it becomes really expensive after a while. I wanted to increase my coach % from 98 to 99 and it would have cost me around 45-50m for 1 average increase. So decided to do a degree instead and used Gbs. I know Gbs is an issue for some managers in the game so course training is the only way. |

As you keep using course the cost keeps increasing. It also depends on % of your coach. Higher the coach % higher the cost. | 26/07/2013 20:20 |

I will spend 41mil to increas drom 94 to 95%, and then I will use gb for 97 and 99%. The reason for that is that I don't want to spend real money for only 1%  . |
