 i have noticed that when my players dont play for a while their averages go down. Do they come up again if you give a game? Whats the best way to maintain the avergae rating of a squad ? 29/07/2013 23:36

 Morale and average are related.. If players morale is less than 99, average tends to reduce.
Run your psychologist regularly to keep your players morale high.
