What about automating the multioffer system so that it values players based on the average "similar transfers" value. That's usually the best indicator. For some players, this wouldn't work because they don't have a similar value. System would use the last known value of similar players since the values disappear after a while. EDIT: Doesn't take into account prog of player but at least the prog takes time to work on, which would make up for it. Players should be aware of that without a computer telling them what to do.
