Does training everyday affect motivation. I am having problems getting players in junior squad motivated. Even when i play players in correct position, their motivation seems low. I am training goalies and i can only play 1 in correct position at a time, would it be better to train a different position for this reason. Would it help if i only had 10 players in junior squad or would this make it worse. | 06/08/2013 13:42 |

The tough thing about training goalies is exactly what you said....you can only play one at a time. You'll need to fill the other 10 positions with other players. You are best off having six goalies as subs, since they'll get 75-80 motivation. Don't play them in the wrong positions as juniors or they will have 25 motivation. | 06/08/2013 13:52 |

Should i make sure i have other players to play in the 10 remaining places then (no goalies). |

Yes, juniors should not play out of position as they'll have worse motivation than if they are subs or reserves. | 06/08/2013 17:05 |
