Why is it that I pay my staffs every weekend and I still get to pay them when they work for me during the week? Is it not ridiculous because that is double pay. | 09/08/2013 11:35 |

They have their families to feed.  Thats the only explanation I can give  On a serious note you tend to use them daily so the system charges you for it. While as scouts and tech. directors may be used one a week or even less. |

i think during the time of recovery and treatment of injured players..they have to buy some equipment..e.g bandages.. So they charge for that |

That depends on the average of the staff. I pay 200k+ for a job done by my psycologist nd doctor nd 100k+ for my physio. You can then see that if i give them a job for 6 days in a week, one staff would be earning 1.2 million plus weekend salary which makes it 1.4 million for a staff in one week. If they're too expensive for you, then fire them and get cheaper staff. Your psychologist should only be recovering 10-15 morale so you can reuse him everyday. Anything more, you're wasting. Anything less, you're not able to keep up. Your physiologist is probably the staff you can underpay. The only reason you need really need him is to increase fitnes and your team's fitness won't go down if you schedule training. I currently have a 7% one who gets paid 0. You only need him usually if you buy another player from an inactive team who hasn't been training lately. So again, hire cheaper staff to maximise your cost efficiency. |
