I have been looking in the FAQs for information on hostile purchases of players, as in how to do this, and more importantly, how to avoid having it done to myself. I can't seem to find any information on this topic. Could someone please point me in the right direction? |

http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=276206 This should shed some light on it. But to answer your questions... To "hostile" a player you will first need to accumulate 8000 exp points. When you do, you will face a double-edged situation - you can hostile players but can also have your own players hostiled. To hostile a player you click on a player's profile page, and then "contract" and finally "hire". Then you are able to either offer a bid or pay the release clause (RC) outright to hostile the player, and finally offer the player contract terms of your own. Having your players hostiled can be a good thing, as you can often make more money for the player than in auction. However, if you wish to protect a player, you can increase his RC by increasing his salary. "Similar transfers" under the "Contract" tab will give you an idea of how high to set the RC. Be sure not to bankrupt yourself, though, by setting the wage too high! Hope this helps. Edited by sicox86 11-08-2013 23:35 |
