Good day every body, This issue have been confusing, and it really borders me. I really want someone to explain what those progression in the school player that have not been promoted to junior meant! is it their total progression dere will ever attain or will dere progress past that progression if you promote dem... Cause you might see the progression of a player in your school having 90+ progression and wen u promote him to the junior team, u discover he is jst 20 or 30+ and @ time it annoy's me... Pls someone should help me out.. Sydney |

firstly understand that a player prog is constant and does not drop when you promote him from school to junior squad and prog is the not what they can attain but determine how they train,prog can only drop when you promote a junior player from your junior squad to senior squad when it he not yet due for promotion. | 13/08/2013 09:05 |

Progression for a player is defined when the player is created. It is constant. Progression is just a % growth rate, that is the rate at which a player can train from the time of promotion till he reaches his peak. Progression will remain same for the player even after promoting from school. 20 or 30+ is the average for that player when he is promoted. Average for the player can be increased with proper training. Motivation for the player determines how well the player trains for the given day.
