Hello everyone, I got few a questions about the forecast. If someone could could help me I would really appreciate it. Well, firstly, would there be any difference in the results if I forecast a youth that has just be signed or promoted from school than a youth that had at least 1 week and had the best trainings for his position? Secondly, will the motivation influence in the forecast ? Would it be less if I forecast a youth with 75% motvation ? I guess thats all, thx for the time reading.. Greetings. |

No,motivation does not affect forecast and to your first question,if it is the same junior player the forcast wil remain the same but his forcast wil drop if you promote him to senior squad when he is not ready. Remeber that you need 8000 experience point before you can forcast. Edited by TONY FC 14-08-2013 07:06 |

I think motivation is important though, if his motivation is too low then i would think the players forecast could over time drop. Motivation helps with training as does the level of youth coach, the higher the better. I think his peak is the highest the player will ever go and cant be raised, but it could drop depending on how well you trained the player or if the player was getting on a bit. His progression always stays the same i think. |

yeah motivation is one of the factor of training with coach,accesory level and prog but motivation does not determine a players forcast,it does not increase or lower a forcast. | 14/08/2013 10:38 |

Oh I understand, so would be better to forecast the player when it is at 100% motivaton or 99% morale right ? Edited by AP10 14-08-2013 12:50 |

Oh ok, thx everyone for your your time it really helped me  but just to be clear.. if i forecast a player that had just came out from school would be the same as if i forecast the same player one week later when he already got good trainings all week ? Prog is a constant number but FC changes over time as it is an estimate, FC will go up if you train a lot and go down if you dont train at all. Prog will always be the same. The only way prog can change at all is if you promote a junior to the senior squad before he gets a yellow P. It will also drop if you fail to promote him to the senior squad when he gets a red P |
