 To answer the OP's question:

If on a computer: the #31 tab (next to the whistle) - schools - pick a region - then country - then details - pick your options - create.

If on a mobile: Go to 'team' - schools - then pick your school - do your options - create.

But really, as @sabre said, invest in your stadium as schools only tend to be more rewarding the higher division you are. 		14/08/2013 05:39
