It dawned on me today that I have a Spanish-speaking attack, a Germanic midfield engine, and a Portuguese-speaking right side of defense. Name the nationalities of your preferred XI and that country's current best man for the job! Here is mine: GK - Argentina - Andújar, Catania (who incidentally have 13 Argentine players in their squad)! LB - Uruguay - Cáceres, Juventus CDF - Japan - Yoshida, Southampton (can also play DFM) Could be a star, see below! CDF - Brazil - David Luiz, Chelsea (can also play DFM) RB - Portugal - Pereira, Valencia DFM - Netherlands - Strootman, Roma IM - Germany - Schweinsteiger, Bayen Munich IM - Netherlands - Sneijder, Galatasaray (still one of the best passers in the game) LF - Spain - Pedro, Barcelona (very tough choice, sorry David Silva) CF - Uruguay - Suárez, Liverpool? (sorry Forlán) RF - Spain - Mata, Chelsea (sorry Navas and Negredo) How would your team look? Yoshida Sneijder |
