 i will edit mistakes as pointed out...
i got a mail from a guy i suggested he sorted his youth out he asked why and was his youth coach ok:



81 is ok - look every 20mins till u see a 88 /89 then grab him quick

make mind up if u want att / def

then wide players or central

eg.. hmmm defenders - central

now buy 14 and 15 yr olds in youth auctions of high prg

purchase players 85 prg +

for LDF / RDF i say pay upto 15m for 85 prg and upto 35m for 89 prg

92 prg + go for 150 - 400m

dfm's are cheaper than cdf but more expensive than rdf /ldf

i recommend cdf ldf rdf dfm as they all use same training

now create a basic formation:

gk

rdf cdf cdf ldf ldf

dfm dfm

rim lim

rw

save it (basic is fine)

now place your new players in green positions and fill bench with high prgs too

rotate your players to suit the training in use after tomorrows game


on tuesdays after game u need to temp promo your better players (x2 temp promo's per season per player) - line your traing up so that on friday night when the temp promo's return they will benifit from training fri, sat and sun because they will recieve 150% motivation bonus for these days
using the temp promo actually increases a players max forcast (2% increase per season not uncommon 90+ prgs)

u have to temp promo on tuesday after league game - the players will then recieve the senior training that night

so they get senior training tues, wed and thurs - all get small % motivation boost as long as they at least start a game ( i sub them on 15 mins)

now its most important to have friday, sat and sundays youth training set up so the returned temp promo's will gain from trainings


also note fridays youth game and lineup will determine the % motivation until mondays game as youth dont play on weekends

 yeah @sab is right

everyone has 99% coaches since they allowed us to upgrade coaches ulimted times ( degree courses)
