Hi all, I have 1 question regarding to coach hiring. My coach is currently doing training (degree) and will finish soon. Let say before the training ends, I found a better % coach at the staff market and hire this new coach. What will happen to the training? Is the increase in % (after training) going to be added to the new coach or to the fired coach? |

This happened to me last week...I lost 100gb cus i found a better coah, who would have had the same rating as the older coach...i taught the new coah was going to receive the %increase. Sad  |

Sad In all fairness, it says it right in the help page for staff training that training does not carry over to a new coach. |

I think that it is saying that it isn't worth spending GBs on training a coach if he isn't the one you are going to keep. Save them for when you have found a high %age coach and then spend them. They never expire so don't need to be spent in haste. | 27/08/2013 15:24 |
