Well, since this is a manager game, i kinda think you need to be able to at least manage your team whilst on the pitch, i think it should not only be preset tactics, since YOU are the manager, i think we all should be able to make changes during the game, when we want to... there should be the ability for a 1-2 minute pause between halves so managers can manage their tactics, formation, positions, etc. i dont know if this has been talked about before, but i know for sure there have been no recent discussions, just bringing it up! vote guys
