What about the money one invest in schools? Dont they deserve to get back the amount they spent on building them. Most lower division managers buy players from upper div managers who own these schools. So if the number of players coming from schools reduce the number of players managers also reduces pushing up the prices. Still it may be a win win for those who own schools. If the juniors you buy are expensive the final sale will also be high causing inflation. | 20/09/2013 11:56 |

The major cause of this problem is the excess rate of schools in the game....when the number of supply(youth) is high compare to Demand(team) definitely there will be decrease in price What's the essence of having a school nowadays? When you could go to the market and buy youth players at a very cheap price despite paying maintenance fee worth thousands/millions weekly (money which you "might" not regain even after selling juniors that week) for these schools |

Reducing junior production rates was done a few seasons ago on ibasket manager for reasons you're all saying (high average juniors being sold cheap) but look at it this way, if the number of juniors are decreased, the price goes up. Which then allienates all the smaller teams. They cant afford good players and it becomes more difficult to get into the game. Sure you can change and become more tactic-orientated but i dindnt have a clue how to set a good tactic when i joined If you want more money for your players then raise the price. If enough people do this then the market price goes up. Either do that or increase the money a new team can start with for going through tutorials. Or some sort of suggested price? but by reducing junior rates you then allow the teams who have 15+ excellent schools to basically have a monopoly on the junior market. Than and it would take 5ish seasons to see any noticeable change. Edited by Bigblackguy 22-09-2013 10:58 |
