1- Not a guarantee you'll be able to get an 80avg coach, but there is a good chance you can find one spending within the 100k-1million range. 2- If you do not find an 80+ avg coach on your first time, hire the cheapest coach, then when selected, go back to the same page and check if there is a an 80+avg coach. Keep doing this process until you find one. out of the 4 coaches, when you hire that 1 coach, the other 3 coachs will be there, but a new coach will fill the last position once you go back to the hiring page (common sense, but.. just making sure you know). 3- Do not fire the coach, you will just be paying his salary, just keep re-hiring. |
