Such a feature like that would be excellent in my opinion. It wouldn't tie a manager into a strict contract into forcing them to train, but it still allows the risk in making sure you pick the right managers. It would be a good insurance policy against offenders as if they mess up a loan, then they'll ruin their chances of getting loans next season. |

Unfortunately it will only help you if the manager somehow doesn't train the player at all. Any gain of even 0.01 over the 20 days and you cant terminate the loan. So he could theoretically train him once every 20 days while sending messages saying "lol" | 08/09/2013 16:36 |

Haha! But it would be nice if there could be a feature where each manager can review another manager on their skill in training loanees. Better training means you have a higher reputation or point system so other managers would be more willing to loan to that person. While if they screw up a loan, then they'll get negative marks or reviews from his peers. I could see it this starting as a forum topic first lol. I'm just clutching at straws here. |
