Does anyone have any idea what the rationale for picking players for penalties at the end of cup and friendly game is? My last friendly that ended in a tie used players 2-6 in my formation, so I adjusted my formations to put my forwards in those slots and my defenders in the 7-11 slots. Today, my friendly ended in a tie and the system used players 11,10,9,8,7 in that order. I don't care that I lost friendlies because of this but id like to figure it out before next seasons cup games. Edited by @sabrefan62 12-09-2013 16:13 |

Yes players in descending order are picked for penalties. When you make a formation always remember to adjust the formation in such a way that players number 11 and backwards are all strikers and mids or else you might end up with a defender taking a penalty. | 12/09/2013 16:24 |

Is there an easy way to swap two players in the advanced formation without clicking and dragging them to every single place you want them to go? My number 9 is my CDF. Not good. | 12/09/2013 21:50 |

The three players that scored for me in my August 27th friendly were lineup numbers 5, 3 and 2. My opponent had players 11-7 take his shots. In my friendly today, as I said, I had players 11-7. My opponent had players 6-2 take his shots. His player #6 actually kicked the ball twice after taking the rebound off the crossbar!! I was the away team last game and the home team this game, so it seems to me that the system is pulling two very different groups of players depending on whether you are home or away. Seems to be that the for home team it's 11-7 and away team is 6-2. That's probably how the system lines it up. I'm not sure about the rebound off crossbar though lol. Interesting if true, as if you're away you can edit your formation around to make your strikers be 6-2. |
