And what if the manager who transfers cash to you quits the game? Wouldnt that be illegal? If that happens how about 200% fine on the amount your friend loaned you.

1) This doesn't even happen in real football so why bother implementing it?
2) This can be easily abused as teams can just make multiple accounts and loan the money.
3) Big advantage for teams who have the most friends as they can just ask for money.
4) As said above, what happens if someone quit and the money is lost? Too many variables making the game money fluctuate thus affecting the market.
