Hello, I have a question about the juvenils. It is possible to get a player from a regular school in Chile, of the same quality of a player from an excelent school in Spain or England, for example? Sorry if this question has been posted before!  |

Based on average or progression? Average would be yes. Progression would be technically possible but so unlikely that the answer is more of a no. |
