so... what you're saying.. manager joins a new team and sees that the season has already gone through 30+ league games.. Now, with the old manager lets say he had 80points, so when this new manager takes over his team, you want him to have 0 points when the season is into 30+ league games?? and no, he cant join a board that is as new as that manager, every division/group/board play the same amount of games per week at the same time. One league wont finish one day sooner or one day later then another league |

Generally managers who are winning or are good in their Division and given promotion offers to the division above them. No new manager gets a chance to take over these spots without playing competitive games. |

it is a rare chance the manager will receive an offer like that, Most offers given are either mid-table offers or in relegation zone |
