I have two juniors that just showed ready to promote today. Is it better to promote them immediately or will they gain something if I temp promote them twice before permanent promotion? Also, what is the amount of time before the P turns from yellow to red? Thanks |

P turns from yellow to red on the day they turn 19. Dont do what I did and wait until the first day of the new season. Promote on the last day of the season. Doesnt make any difference if they are juniors or seniors. Put them where they get the best trainingmfor their position. |

Ok. So they turn red first day of 19 but for yellow it just depends on the player, correct? It isn't necessarily when they turn 18 since I have an 18yr old junior who doesn't have a yellow P yet. And if I remember right, I read somewhere thqt temp promotion provides the best motivation return when promoted on a Tuesday? But I guess that only works if your training is set up for best training for the position on the weekend... |

I have a 19 year old goalie in my junior squad with an average of over 80% and still no "P". Is he getting screwed up by staying where he is?
