For Div5, you have too many Pro & VIP seats...only if you could undo/demolish these stands!! IMHO, you should add 18/24k standing seats and NOT add any more seats to General/Pro/VIP stands. At best you may be able to achieve 30-40% occupancy in Pro/VIP stands, hence these stands will be a huge drain on your financials. Talk to any @ to check if stands can be demolished...will save you some weekly maintenance cost. No matter how low keep prices for Pro/VIP, you won't be able to achieve full occupancy. Try for $40-50 level for Pro and $60-70 for VIP. These numbers could form the basis for further iteration on pricing. General prices c. $25-35 and Standing (whenever you have them) ~ $10-20 -P |

Check with @ if they can demolish some stands for you. Else, my friend you'll end up in deep red. Just curious, did you inherit this stadium or built it yourself? |

most people have 36:42:42:36 , i believe that is an optimum one. so maybe u can use that ratio for develop your stadium. ps : i think @fiscal cannot help this situation. |

But if he's already maxed out on no. of seats, how can he develop the stadium? For sure, a Div5 audience wouldn't be paying enough to support the maintenance that he'll incur on his stadium. The way I see, he's caught in a trap of downward spiral. Over couple of months, he'll have to close down his team. ps: The choice of Topic title 'Best prize for stadium' is rather ironical!! |
