Generally, 1) Get a good coach % - something like 80%+ will be good. 90%+ would be amazing. 2) Buy high progression players. You can only see this if it's displayed in their nicknames or if you use the GBs. 3) Set up a good training schedule for them. Check the forums as there is a link to a training table which shows what training trains which training. A little more advanced, 4) Use your junior team to only train one position. For me, the only positions I train are CDF, LDF, and RDF. This maximizes my trainings thus letting me have high averages youths. 5) Buy low, sell high. Buy players that are cheap and sell them for a profit or find an even better player. By doing this, you'll make money to buy better players. |
