Building an excellent school doesn't mean that you are guaranteed great progression players- it only increases the likelihood.

So a 100% excellent school has a far greater chance than a 20% excellent school, but there is still a chance to get bad progression players. I have an Uruguay school that hasn't produced a good player in 6 months.

If you're asking about average and not progression: players that come out of schools rarely have averages above 40- you need to train them. That's why progression is so important and that's what shows when a new player arrives at your school.

Depends on the country- more balls, better school. 5 balls= 100%, but they're extremely expensive to maintain. New managers shouldn't waste time with schools until they have enough income (as in, 8m+ per game) to maintain them.
