Forecast is a prediction of the future ability of a player, from 0-99. It is largely based on progression- the higher the prog, the higher the forecast. It is most useful for evaluating juniors and seniors that you may want to add to your squad. You can only see a player's forecast after activating it using GB's, otherwise it will just show the previous history of a player's average, which appears to be the case for you. Check out this junior, whose manager has activated the forecast: http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=16036132 Forecast can always change based on the training a player receives- he will not improve and his forecast will go down if he doesn't receive proper training.
