The hall of fame is a fairly new feature that allows you to retire a player who has made an impact on your squad, instead of firing him to end his career. Players must meet several standards to achieve this- and you will find that very few will. Once in the hall of fame, and after a full season has passed (not just 90 days- COMPLETE season), you will be able to re-sign the player as a member of your staff. For a player to get into the hall of fame, they must be at least 30 years old before you will be given the option. They must have been on your squad for four consecutive seasons- meaning no selling him and buying him back. Loaning him out won't affect him though. After those standards have been met, the player must have also gained 10 points or more to enter your hall of fame: 1 point for every 10 game MVP's earned 1 point for every league record 2 points for the 4 years served on the squad, 1 additional point per extra year. Junior squad years DO NOT COUNT. After ALL of this has been met, the option will be given to enshrine your player, where he will live forever on a special page. You can keep track of a player's progress to the HoF via "Awards" page on a player's profile. |

A Q in addition... What if I retire a player to the HoF, after a season starts? Let's say at 1/3 of the season... Do I have to wait nearly 2 seasons to get him back as staff? Tkx S7E3EN |
