Questions to Admin or some experienced manager in SM.. I have seen motivation changes to my Senior Squad happens just after the match is played.. Like if I play a LF to starting 11 squad and kept CF in Subs, Just after the match ends, LF motivation is 100% and CF motivation is 80%. Now my question is when the motivation of Junior Squad gets freeze for a day? Is it at midnight of same day? or it depends upon the Junior Line Up at the time of today's match being played? Please let me know.. I have to schedule training plan accordingly..  |

Junior squad motivation depends on where they are playing during their match. They only play Monday/Wednesday/Friday, thus it will only change on monday/wednesday/friday Juniors/Seniors who start in their correct position will get 100% motivation Subs will get 70-80% motivation depending on win/loss Reserves will get 50% Juniors who start in the incorrect position will get 20% motivation Edited by Aruen 19-10-2013 21:45 |
