Based on the wording of your question, I'm assuming you're talking about morale, not motivation. It varies a little bit, but it will go down as soon as the match is over. Usually lowers by 10 or 11 maximum for reserves. Edited by Aruen 24-10-2013 17:17 |

Motivation depends on your starting lineups and changes with every game. A player that starts in the correct position will get 100-105% motivation. A sub will get 75-80% motivation. A reserve will get 50-55% motivation. So yes a player that starts on day and is a reserve the next day can go from 105% to 50% in a day. |
