I am under the impression that "speed" is related to off the ball and "technique" is related to on the ball, thought I am not convinced the two are entirely distinct and unrelated. yeah that's what i think. when players have the same technique rating the ones with higher speed seem faster on the ball to me.	01/11/2013 14:00
