In your opinion, which of the following gives the higher pay off benefit for training in juniors? ($$$ vs time trained)
Goalkeepers (GK)
Wingers (LW, RW)
Defenders (LDF, CDF, RDF)
Headers (LF, CF, RF)
Middles (DFM, RIM, LIM, OM)

Hi, I have 99% coaches and I´m training on my junior squad only goal keepers 7 days a week. How do I raise up their motivation? Most of them have 22% motivation. Since my starting lineup has to be full of 11 players. It seems it is better to have on the substitute bench rather than on the starting 11, since they are playing on wrong positions.

How should I train Goalkeepers? How can I fix this? This is my first time training goalkeepers.
Please help!!!!

One starter gk and six sub gks. Fill out your starting lineup with other players. 12/11/2013 01:07

!

even in reserve they can easily get 50++ motivation, so why do we need to place them in wrong position?
just hostile or buy those crap juniors for other positions...
