how about to have something like this? 1. everyone in the league is responsible to report on any cheating...if possible try to provide proof such as screenshots or anything... (this kind of report need to be posted in "special sticky-ed topic" in PL forum) 2. PL administrator(s) will evaluate those cheating reports and private messages need to be sent to "possible cheaters" or defendant or whatever the term is... LOL to ask them to defend themselves... 3. If found guilty, a "cheater" must put one of his players on auction immediately...the auction has to be in "24hours duration" and it must start from $0...(PL admin will choose the player for that purpose....cheater can't decide on his/her own...) 4. failing to do that (or did not follow the stated condition of auction), PL admin may ask "cheater" to reduce hostile clause of one player down to below market value....then, any teams are free to hostile that player.... 5. failing to do no.4 above, cheater's name and team will be listed in a special thread in PL forum....all members are free to use "normal effort" whenever they have matches against "known cheaters"....whoever in the list, are not eligible to participate in our PL the following seasons.... 6. if anyone is not able to change tactics during weekends (due to any circumstances), he/she is required to notify others at least 48 hours before the match by writing up a message in PL forum....failing to do this, he/she can be considered as "cheater"... i know all these may not solve the cheating problem....but at least we can avoid them from winning large amount of money... any other ideas guys? |

Evolution, no problem. Timi seems to have cleared the air. We might as well include those in the form if everyone supports it. Timi to the rescue.  hehehe! |
