Hi! Ive got a question about promoting a young player. Is it wise to promote him as soon as the yellow p appears, or is it better to wait because he then stays fully motivated (in the first team he wouldnt play all the time) | 20/11/2013 14:22 |

This is the way i usually judge it: 1) Will he be good enough for my 1st team ----- yes=1 no=0 2) Will he be in the way of another good player in my seniors ----- yes=0 no=1 3) Is he currently in the way of another better junior ----- yes=1 no=0 after answering the 3 questions and adding the points if i have 2-3 i will promote if i have 0-1 i leave in juniors  If he gets a red P i promote regardless |
