hi in my first season i just hired 70% coach and 65% yth coach are they good im training def in yths team how good will they get? so am askining are the coaches av got any good theit was an 85% yth coach but cant afford him yet lol. | 24/11/2013 10:27 |

the coach % is directly proportional to the rate of training....so...you should hire the highest coach % possible.... PS: 70% and 65% are not good enough to be honest....you will need 80% at least and good progression players for effective training.... |

Yeah,high % coaches are good. Buh the question is... Can you afford them? 80% coach's salary should be 200+k per week. And you've got to have two(snr./jnr.)... So now,it all depends on your revenue. If you would be able to cope with all the expenses. Edited by Neo1992 24-11-2013 14:06 |

Try to higher the best coach possible. Its better u wait for training until atleast 87% coach. U can upgrade stores once or twice. This will give u enough to pay salaries | 24/11/2013 17:39 |
