I am considering using my Jnr squad to train up as many LF,CF & RFs as possible.
What would be the best training schedules, and are there any formations etc that can accommodate several forwards in a line up, as I assume that if you play players out of position, they won't train as well as they should.
Any help would be appreciated as I have never tried to use my Jnr squad for this before.

RF RF CF LF LF and the other positions with random players.

2x sprint, 2x shots, 2x beating markers, 2x attacking headers.

thats the same schedule i use, but i added crossing the balls 2x..

Make a formation for your jnr squad, 5 forwards.. Like me, i use 2 RF, 2 CF and 1LF.. You can make ur own 2LF 1 CF and 2RF, others can play out of position, buy a GK, 2defenders.. And play others in Midfield.. Their motivation will drop to yellow In Midfield position, and red in Defenders and GK

I can't quite tell if you are suggesting that he play his other forwards out of position, but if you are, you shouldn't do that for juniors. Their motivation is better as a substitute than it is in a yellow or red lineup position. This only applies to juniors. Seniors sometimes have better motivation in a yellow lineup position than they do as a sub.

i tried to play all my jnr players as forwards, but it said you can't have more than five in a position, i'm not suggesting, but i know he'll want to play some forwards in his junior line up.. So he would know how to fix them.. He cant put them on bench and reserve and 5players are playing! 26/11/2013 14:01

I like the four day ABCS training schedule for forwards - Attacking headers, Beating markers, Crossing the ball and Sprint. That's right, no shots on goal. The reason is that Attacking headers trains shooting stat but also works great on the technique stat.

Also, why not go for 3 defenders (whatever positions you want), a LM and RM and then 5 forwards. The LM/RM will get trained every two days (Crossing the ball and Sprint) where xIMs would only get one day in four for Crossing the ball.
