Err... When can we gain formation rights over a player? When one pay his hostile clause, or when he comes from one's soccer school? You collect formation rights when a product of your school is sold later in his career, regardless of whether it's a hostile, auction sale or transfer agreement. If I'm right, the player's formation rights increases by 2% for each season he is with your club, and decreases by 2% each time he is sold after leaving your club. I think this is about right, but feel free to correct me if you have better information! |
