It shows how each training impacts each stat for each position, in order of best training for that stat to worst training for that stat. For example, for RF/LF shots on goal, attacking headers is best, followed by shots on goal, followed by crossing the ball. Its impossible to tell how much each training will impact a specific player, because that is dependent on many things, including progression, age, coach and level of the stat you are training. |
