 I suggest that there should be a forum, just like "SUGGESTION forum" where we can be able to post Managers that loan and don't train our players, and also the players on loan.

The forum should be called "Blacklist", these would keep other managers away from blacklist managers. I'm sure no managers would want to be there (in the blacklist)

These would surely reduce the corruption in the loan Forum. Please guys let's support this.

 I agree totally with this as I've seen many players with huge potential, be ruined by a couple of these fools who don't train how they've agreed.

However it's open to abuse, so maybe anyone who you want on the list should be looked in to, by a specific @, whom is designated to just this, to view proof on the accused.

 before you loan to the manager, you refer him to the Blacklist forum, telling him that, "if your name enter the Blacklist, you would never be loan a player"

That sound like the only treat we can give, to save our player

 This has been discussed many times before and it's not going to happen. It's open to too much abuse, it also doesn't promote change. Yeah maybe someone messed up one loan, that doesn't mean they should be blacklisted and not get any loans ever again. I'm sure everyone has taken loans and not trained the players as well as they could, but they'll learn. if someone takes a loan and does bad, they're probably not trying to screw you, just they don't understand the process. if you talk to them and teach them, perhaps they'd become better trainers.

But some people do it on purpose, like at the beginning of this season a div5 asked me for the loan of my junior RDF he says he would train 3days per week, since then my player haven't been train. I think he loan him to fill his empty position. Instead of going to the market to hire one.
