You are in div6, i do not think low stamina have significant impact on your games till you get to div4 and above. Because most players down their have low average, the effect will not be felt much. Though it is good you learn how to manage it now, because it sometimes a deciding factor on the outcome of a game. |

Training affects fitness, if there is no training then fitness goes down Physiotherapist affects fitness, if fitness is lower than 99 then physio can recover this Games affect stamina, effort played in games affects stamina loss, more effort more loss Fitness affects stamina gain, the lower the fitness the players will gain less stamina, 99 fitness = 10 stamina gain, 90 fitness = 9 stamina gain I hope this clears up the confusion that has been going through this thread |
