i feel the game will be more active and intresting, if; 1) the juniors gain experience when playing against eash other in the junior league. 2) the manager can set a training match between the senior team and the junior team. With these, managers can make future plan concerning there younger players, managers can test lot of formations on there team in order to prepare for the next league match, Juniors will develop as a prof. -1 I believe jnr's earn exp when they play in the senior squad during temp promotion. I have jnr's that have a small amount of exp. Players need to play to learn, however, there are enormous differences to playing at a jnr level vs the first team - significant enough that I think the experience played at jnr level shouldn't cross into senior play. |

i get your point vgates, but its not only about the experience they will gain. Think it this way, if you can get to know about the formation of ur oponent 2 days before the match, you have your junior team at your disposal. Your point is that you could set the junior team in the opposing team formation and test it against your senior team? If that is your point, I doubt that it would be valuable. Good managers use advanced formation and they generally don't tell you what it is. Although you can make some guesses as to it by watching games, the sim isn't all that accurate when it comes to player positions during the game vs what was put down in the advanced formation. Also, because jnr farming is the actual economic system in the game, it is highly unlikely that managers will have a jnr team with the same players as the opponents senior team or even their own senior team. Being able to watch jnr games has been suggested before. For me, rather than have the dev's spend time and resources on this I would prefer they fix the sub system or make the sim more accurate.... |
