24 hours + x x= from 1 minute to 24 hours After 24 hours you can start trying and before 48 hours you should be able to hostile. |

The longest I had to wait was 2 days and 5 hours. And when I woke up that night to try my luck, I saw the "B" sign --- someone had him hostiled already.  IMO, this should be fixed. I had such an untold agony during those 53 hours of waiting, meanwhile, it was an effortless catch for the lucky guy ... so he said. |

correction... X = 1min after Angry Ninja's has already hostiled the player  he got to 3 players before me 3 times straight I am told that it also helps to have a VERY fast connection if you want to hostile high prog players after a GB search |

Surprise....  P.D. It wasn't Angry Ninja.... |
