Yes, the nickname is removed. That was put in place because people were getting fined for incorrect nicknames that they didn't set. | 31/01/2014 16:50 |

That was put in place because people were getting fined for incorrect nicknames that they didn't set. but dont u think it is a little unfair that some users put nicknames for their players because the player means something to them for example, juan mata is also known as the matador whereas torres is known as el nino can there be like a system where users that set fake names will be fined 10 GBs or certain amount of money to change back the names to normal? and that nicknames will remain even though players change teams? |

As soon as you purchase a player from another manager the nicknames are reset. This is to make sure that if someone sold a player with a fake label @s can find the manager who named it and then fine him for it. |

If the players mean something to you, don't sell them. And if i buy a player from you, why would i even want to keep the nickname? Id immediately delete it since I don't like having nicknames on my players. |
