You cannot. You need to wait until an owner removes R, or until the beginning of the next season when all Rs are removed. Be aware, that the first week of the season is a protection period when you cannot hire juniors without R. This is to give enough space to owners to resign players for the next season. If you bid (via hire) and offer the price equal to release clause (and salary is high enough), then a player will automatically join your team not later than in 24 hours (or earlier if current owner confirms the deal). If you offer lower price than the release clause, a player will join you team only after current owner accepts your offer (what he usually does not). |
