Hey there peeps I have a very doubts I wanna clear: What does it mean by promoting a junior player will ruin him forever? In what ways will the player be ruined? If that's the case, why are some managers still so persistent n promote their juniors too early? I mean i 've seen experienced managers doing that also |

It means your junior will lose about 15% of his progression. Then the rest is up to you, some exp manager do it with junior having poor prog, just to get a back player for instance |

But lower progression means lower forecast, right? And is there anything a manager can do about it? |

If you have in school a 30prog player, will you train it instead of a better prog? Selling it will get you nothing So the choices are to fire him or use it as a really shitty back up player if you need one Check my senior team and you will see that i have one too, i just needed a player for the PL so i promoted him out of the schoole |
