When im using a strange formation (for example 3 def, 7 midf, 0 attackers) affect the efficiency of training? 13/02/2014 10:36

Junior training, I presume?

If you're training a specific type of player, try and get as many of that position as is possible into your formation, as you want as many players as possible training on maximum motivation.

Don't worry about the junior team results too much, it doesn't mean very much.

Yes junior training. So when training in depth passing for example, a formation of 0-10-0 would even be acceptable? 13/02/2014 11:16

No. The system won't allow more than five forward, six mids or five defense, and no more than 2 at any single position.

any junior in a yellow or red position will train at 25% motivation so it is not advisable 13/02/2014 12:35
