I have read but no confirmation that higher leadership lowers the rate of fouls and cards. Any of the more experienced managers that can confirm? That said, the greatest function is to artificially elevate a players overall stat with little overall improvement ![]() |

That said, the greatest function is to artificially elevate a players overall stat with little overall improvement ![]() Vgates, i've been searching for RF and LF, 60avg to 68avg, but my thinking and reason i don't like the leadership is, it boost players average! For example, i saw a RF, 65avg, 80leadership, and the physical stats are very low, why? It makes me sick, i couldn't get any of them due to leadership, it shouldn't be so.. I don't know if you get me right.. |

Noone knows for sure what exactly leadership does, the most common theory is that it increases exp gain but I have not seen it. As vgates said though it generally just overly inflates a poorly trained players average |

I recommend always buy forwards with low leadership and high speed, much managers train only for up average and after the players play very bad |

Yes i've heard the same about leadership, only want to know that more leadership more exp gained on games, but i saw that they increase very low compare with a low leadership, so i think leadership is useless in younger players but can make gain 1 or 2 skills when your player got +30 years due to 14 years on active games(supossing he start on senior with 16) | 10/04/2014 20:30 |
